Schneider Grading is a Southern California–based earthwork and site development contractor specializing in residential grading, house pads, ADU pads, driveways, and site preparation. We deliver precise, code-compliant dirt work for homeowners, builders, and developers, combining field experience, modern equipment, and a detail-driven approach to every project.

Our core focus is residential sitework — from lot clearing and over-excavation to compaction, pad certification support, drainage shaping, and finish grading. We regularly build house and ADU pads designed to meet engineered elevations and compaction requirements, helping projects move smoothly from dirt to foundation. We work closely with soils engineers, surveyors, and inspectors to ensure accuracy and approval-ready results.

In addition to residential pads, Schneider Grading is also recognized for specialty terrain projects including bike parks, pump tracks, and recreational features, where precision shaping and long-term surface performance matter.

So much in building is about testing . I’ve loved my old p3 so much that I’ve never really rode another bike I’ve felt more comfortable on. Until I rode the new p3’s . They are so good and stable . I was blown away . Grateful to @specialized.carlsbad and @dragonaftermarket . As an artist I appreciate mastery of the crafts and @ride5dev pedals and cranks are a work of art . Truly blessed to have the best platform and components to test these parks as we build . 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻 here’s to many more

Sometimes I’m even at a loss for words. This journey has been 110% the Lord’s direction. Almost 20 years ago on a mountain top high above San Diego I said to Him “I’m done , here’s my life take it . If Your real . Show me the way .” I can tell you with absolute certainty He is . How he led , shaped guided and brought 4 men , with incredible and unique talents together , is another testament to that . The art of shape ….. How he led , shaped guided and brought 4 men , with incredible and unique talents together , is another testament to that . The art of shape ….. Opening day was incredible, it’s always such a blessing to watch the stoke after so many months of hard work . In 2014 I did a 27 bike park road trip up the west coast ending at Whistler Canada . What I gained most from this trip was this ; lines that were built to where once you drop in …. There is no guess work . You don’t have to check up or put in an extra pedal throughout the line . In the public bike park space , this greatly reduces chances for serious injury . Out of 27 parks . There were only 3 that truly achieved this . To see this opening day is a testament to the work Johnny O’Brien, @bubba_warren and @shreddie_reynolds and I put in to dreaming and testing these lines day in and day out . I can’t say enough to how talented each one of them is and to @sanmarcoscity for giving us the ability to express those talents in a unique true design build format; which is the reason this park is so special . @carlsbadcagov I hope your watching . With your terrain ; You have a very unique opportunity at the Veterans Memorial Park to make a truly great world class bike park . It needs to be a builder design and build , not a plan set low bid . This team would love to talk with you about options . 🎥 @zephyr_mtb
